Gîte in Ariège "Le Chalet

The "Le Chalet" *** gîte - Gîtes de France 3 épis label - is a tastefully decorated old "Chalet"-type house that can accommodate 20 people all year round.

With its 180m² on two floors, and its 20m2 dormitory, this gîte features a full open-plan kitchen with bar, a large 30m2 living room with fireplace and leather lounge, a south-facing terrace with views of the Ariege Pyrenees, a TV with TNT and DVD player, free WIFI, 2 bathrooms with Italian-style showers with whirlpool jets, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and 3 WCs. The gîte is also air-conditioned.

A large 40m² dining and dancing room, video projector, snooker table and enclosed garden with GEANT barbecue are also available.

A separate dormitory with 8 bunk beds, a shower and a toilet.

A ROOF TOP with a 360° view of the Pyrenees .

The gîte has 3 bedrooms:

• The MERENS room, with a 160cm bed and two 140cm beds, a bathroom (Jacuzzi, washbasin, shower & private WC), and a balcony with a south-facing view of the Pyrenees mountain range.
• The MORGAN room with 180 King Size bed and a 140 bed (including a sofa bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, and a balcony with a south-facing view of the Pyrenees mountain range.
• The POTTOCK room with 180cm or 2 90cm beds, private shower and WC, in the attic.
