With its 100m² on one floor with attics, this air-conditioned gîte features a full open-plan kitchen with bar, a large 50m2 living room with fireplace and leather lounge, a south-facing terrace with views of the Ariege Pyrenees, a TV with TNT and DVD player, free WIFI, 2 bathrooms with Italian-style showers with whirlpool jets.

The gîte has 2 bedrooms:

• The BALCON room with its 180/200 bed, a 180/200 mezzanine bed, fireplace, TV with DVD player and a built-in shower with washbasin. Possibility of a 140cm sofa bed.
• The BARAIL bedroom with its 160 and 90cm beds, and the mezzanine with a 90cm bed. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, features an Italian shower with bathtub, washbasin and WC (access to the wellness area and its 5-seater SPA with separate fireplace).
• Separate access to the wellness area and its 5-seater SPA with fireplace.

Towels, donkey milk soap and a bathrobe are provided per person.

Both rooms have access to the common areas:
