Le gîte "Le Barail" *** - label 3 épis Gîtes de France - est une ancienne maison en pierre rénovée avec goût pouvant accueillir 10 personnes.
Avec ses 100m² sur un étage avec mansardes, ce gîte climatisé se compose d'une cuisine américaine complète avec bar, d'un grand salon de 50m2 avec cheminée et salon cuir, d'une terrasse plein sud avec vue sur les Pyrénées Ariégeoises, d'une télévision avec TNT et lecteur DVD, du WIFI gratuit, de 2 salles de bain avec douches à l'italienne avec jet balnéo.
The gîte has 2 bedrooms:
- The BALCON room with its 180/200 bed, a 180/200 mezzanine bed, fireplace, TV with DVD player and a built-in shower with washbasin. Possibility of a 140cm sofa bed.
- The BARAIL bedroom with its 160 and 90cm beds, and the mezzanine with a 90cm bed. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, features an Italian shower with bathtub, washbasin and WC (access to the wellness area and its 5-seater SPA with separate fireplace).
- Separate access to the wellness area and its 5-seater SPA with fireplace.
Towels, donkey milk soap and a bathrobe are provided per person.
Both rooms have access to the common areas:
- 25m² open-plan kitchen with Thermomix.
- Spacious 50m² glazed living room with TV with TNT and DVD player.
- The fireplace will warm up your stay.
- Gas barbecue for summer grilling on a 40m2 terrace facing west and south.
- An indoor WELL-BEING AREA with a 5-seater SPA and fireplace, featuring an exclusive bay window and wilderness views.
- Tennis, pétanque, children's playground 100m from secure parking.
